New Brunswick held its latest New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP) draw on March 5 and 6, 2025, inviting 498 candidates across key labour market sectors.
The draw targeted candidates under the NB Skilled Worker – NB Experience, NB Skilled Worker – NB Graduates, and Occupational categories streams.
The province selected candidates working in healthcare, education and social & community services, and construction trades to address pressing labour shortages. The cut-off date for expressions of interest was March 6, 2025, at 11.59am (AST).
This draw reflects New Brunswick’s commitment to attracting skilled workers who can support the province’s economic and social development.

New Brunswick Experience Stream
This stream is for individuals who are already working full-time in a non-seasonal position for an eligible New Brunswick employer. To qualify, you must:
- Have worked full-time for the same employer for at least six consecutive months while living in New Brunswick.
- Have an employer who is willing to support your application for permanent residence.
New Brunswick Graduate Stream
This stream is for graduates of designated learning institutions (DLIs) in New Brunswick who have completed a post-graduation work permit (PGWP)-eligible program. To qualify, you must:
- Be working full-time in a non-seasonal position for an eligible New Brunswick employer who supports your application or have accepted a job offer for such a position.
