Founder and President Colin Singer, LL.L, BA
Colin R. Singer for the past 35+ years, is a licensed immigration lawyer in good standing with the Quebec Bar, a Canadian Law Society. As one of Canada’s foremost senior corporate immigration attorneys, Colin is recognized as an experienced authority on Canadian immigration matters as well as the international residence-by-investment industry. Colin’s law practice focuses on economic class, including recruitment of international professionals and business immigration.
Since 1994, he is the Founder and President of immigration.ca, Canada’s longest-standing immigration online platform, receiving millions of visitors each year.
As a strategic advisor and a recognized authority on global immigration policies, Colin is a frequent contributor of thousands of editorials on the immigration.ca web site, national media in Canada, as well as the industry renowned Law360 a LexisNexis publication, since 2015. Singer’s commentaries have played a notable role in shaping public discourse and influencing Canadian immigration policies, primarily through his expert analysis, frequent media contributions, and direct engagement with policymakers.

Jihane Gharzouzi
Jihane is an experienced immigration professional with more than 20 years of experience with immigration.ca. Her area of expertise is primarily in Family Class Sponsorship and Canada Start-Up business immigration matters. Having attended McGill University studying Business Administration, Jihane has developed a noted reputation with immigration.ca in providing insightful and compassionate counselling to an extensive clientele.
Grace Daccache
Grace Daccache is a licensed immigration consultant authorized by ICCRC (R409431) and by Quebec Regulatory council (# 11077) since 2008. She is also a licensed lawyer and member of the Beirut Bar Association (membership #9107) since 2002. Since 2021, she has been an Adjunct Instructor and Coordinating Instructor with Queens University for the Graduate Diploma in Immigration Law, a primary educational pathway for candidates seeking to become licensed immigration consultants with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).

She holds a Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in Sociology from Concordia University in Montreal. Her academic background in social systems and human behavior sparked a natural interest in immigration, a field she’s come to appreciate through hands-on experience.
