The Haiti Special Measures (HSM) expired on November 30, 2014. Subsequently, the authorities lifted the Temporary Suspension of Removal (TSR) on December 01, 2014.
Given this background, the authorities have permitted individuals to apply for Humanitarian and Compassionate (H&C) considerations during this timeframe i.e. prior to June 01, 2015. These individuals could apply for Humanitarian and Compassionate (H&C) considerations based on the procedures outlined in this OB.
For availing this opportunity, the individuals must have been under the Haiti Special Measures (HSM) at the time when the authorities lifted the Temporary Suspension of Removal (TSR) on December 01, 2014.
