July 27, 2018 – The highest salaries for business analysts are available in Canada’s large cities, where major companies and start-ups with big futures prefer to base themselves.
A business analyst works to ensure a company is always operating as close to full efficiency as possible.

Calgary boasts the top pay, with figures showing a salary of $115,900 is available to senior business analysts in the Albertan capital.
Other cities in the top five are Toronto ($114,400), Vancouver ($114,000), Ottawa ($113,800) and Edmonton ($113,100).
Of the 12 cities in the salary survey, only one features a top salary below $100,000 for a business analyst: Regina, where the most experienced candidates can expect to make $95,000.
The same five cities also feature the best salaries for entry-level business analysts, with Calgary again leading the way with a starting salary of $67,800.
