The Expression of Interest – The Process of Submission by Other Means
Some foreign nationals might not be able to submit an expression of interest via the electronic system available (specified in subsection 3 above). This would typically be because they suffer from a physical or a mental disability.
In this scenario, the authorities enable these individuals to submit their expressions of interest by other means made available by the Department of Citizenship and Immigration for that purpose. This could include submission of expressions of interest via paper forms.
