Quebec has issued 277 invitations to apply for permanent selection under the Skilled Worker Selection Program (PSTQ). The draw took place on August 14, 2025, targeting candidates in Stream 3: Regulated Professions.
To qualify, candidates had to:
- Plan to practise a regulated profession listed by the Minister in FEER categories 0, 1 or 2.
- Demonstrate strong French ability, with at least level 7 in oral skills and level 5 in written skills.
- Have an accompanying spouse, if applicable, with at least level 4 in oral French.
Additional criteria included being resident in Quebec and holding a score of 766 points or higher on the Quebec Expression of Interest system. The pool of eligible candidates was extracted from the Arrima system on August 11, 2025, at 6am.
This draw highlights Quebec’s focus on regulated professions and its commitment to ensuring candidates meet high professional and language standards.
