No invitations were issued in the Business Work Permit Entrepreneur category during this draw.
The draw focused entirely on international graduates from the University of Prince Edward Island (UPEI), Holland College, and Collège de l’Île who are currently living and working in the province.
This marks the first draw of 2025 to fall outside the province’s pre-announced draw schedule, suggesting that PEI may be using additional draws to respond to immediate labour market needs or to retain more international graduates already contributing to its workforce.
