Ontario has announced the creation of two new Provincial Nominee Program application streams for the federal Express Entry system – the Human Capital Priorities Stream, and the French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream. Applicants must meet the minimum requirements of the Express Entry system as well as additional requirements for the Ontario PNP Express Entry program. Applicants will also have to pay additional fees.
