On September 26, 2025, Newfoundland and Labrador issued a total of 217 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) under its two provincial/federal immigration streams.
- NLPNP (Newfoundland & Labrador Provincial Nominee Program): 107 ITAs
- AIP (Atlantic Immigration Program): 110 ITAs
This draw continues the pattern under NL’s Expression of Interest (EOI) framework, where both NLPNP and AIP candidates are selected in periodic batches based on labour market and provincial priorities.
Under the EOI approach launched in 2025, candidates submit profiles and may be issued ITAs if their skills, job offers, or other attributes align with provincial priorities.
