Newfoundland and Labrador has issued 125 invitations to apply (ITAs) for permanent residence in its latest immigration draw held on October 9, 2025.
The invitations were divided between the Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NLPNP) and the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP) – two major pathways helping the province attract and retain skilled workers to meet ongoing labour shortages.
Breakdown of Invitations
- NLPNP: 73 invitations
- AIP: 52 invitations
Both programs target candidates with the skills and experience needed to support Newfoundland and Labrador’s economic growth, particularly in high-demand sectors such as healthcare, technology, and skilled trades.
