International Education Stream Focuses on Manitoba Connections
A total of 478 invitations were issued through the International Education Stream. This selection specifically targeted candidates who declared they met stream eligibility criteria and had a close relative supporting them in Manitoba. The supporter must be a Canadian permanent resident or citizen who has lived in Manitoba for at least one year.

Skilled Worker Stream Invites Strategic Recruitment Candidates
An additional 14 LAAs were issued through the Skilled Worker Stream to candidates who had been directly invited under strategic recruitment initiatives. These included:
- Employer Services – 5 invitations
- Francophone Community – 5 invitations
- Regional Communities – 3 invitations
- Ethnocultural Communities – 1 invitation
The lowest-ranked candidate invited through this stream had a ranking score of 712.
Express Entry Candidates Included
Of the 492 total invitations issued, 65 were given to candidates with valid Express Entry profile numbers and job seeker validation codes, allowing them to benefit from faster federal processing if nominated.
This draw highlights Manitoba’s ongoing efforts to retain international graduates and attract skilled talent through targeted community-based recruitment.
