Manitoba held two Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) Expression of Interest (EOI) draws in July 2026, issuing Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) across its Skilled Worker and International Education streams.
MPNP Draw #275 – July 16, 2026
In its July 16, 2026 draw (#275), the MPNP issued 2,146 Letters of Advice to Apply — the largest MPNP round of 2026. The invitations were spread across five separate selections:
- 1,874 LAAs — Skilled Worker in Manitoba, completed post-secondary study in Manitoba: top-scoring profiles declaring that the applicant or their spouse completed post-secondary education in Manitoba. The lowest-ranked candidate invited held a score of 825.
- 84 LAAs — Skilled Worker in Manitoba, Francophone selection: profiles declaring French as their language of communication with the MPNP, with a valid French language test result.
- 78 LAAs — International Education Stream (IES) – Graduate Internship Pathway (GIP).
- 86 LAAs — Skilled Worker Stream: profiles directly invited by the MPNP under a strategic recruitment initiative — Employer Services (32), the Temporary Public Policy to facilitate work permits (18), Ethnocultural Communities (17), Francophone Community (11) and Regional Communities (8).
- 24 LAAs — Skilled Worker in Manitoba, occupation-specific selection: profiles declaring current employment in Manitoba as specialists in clinical and laboratory medicine (NOC 31100), specialists in surgery (NOC 31101), or general practitioners and family physicians (NOC 31102).
Of the 2,146 LAAs issued in this draw, 825 went to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
MPNP Draw #274 – July 2, 2026
In its July 2, 2026 draw (#274), the MPNP issued 77 Letters of Advice to Apply under strategic recruitment initiatives: Employer Services (36), Francophone Community (8), Regional Communities (2), and the Temporary Public Policy to facilitate work permits (31).
