Manitoba has invited 77 immigration candidates to apply for permanent residence through the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) in a new Expression of Interest (EOI) Draw held on August 21, 2025.

The invitations were issued under the Skilled Worker Stream, including both the Skilled Worker in Manitoba and Skilled Worker Overseas pathways. Candidates needed to have been directly invited through a strategic recruitment initiative to be eligible.

Of the 77 LAAs issued, 18 went to candidates who had declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code, giving them an additional pathway to permanent residence.
