Manitoba has conducted a new Expression of Interest (EOI) draw, issuing 41 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) under two immigration streams of the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).
The February 20 draw was split between two streams:
- International Education Stream:
Candidates with a Master’s degree or higher and who have a qualifying Manitoba supporter (a close relative who is a Canadian permanent resident or citizen and has lived in Manitoba for at least one year) received 19 invitations. - Skilled Worker Overseas:
This category, aimed at those directly invited through strategic recruitment initiatives, saw 22 invitations issued.
The lowest-ranked candidate invited scored 711, and among the 41 letters, 7 were issued to candidates who had declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
