The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) conducted a new draw under its Skilled Worker Overseas stream on June 12, 2025. A total of 36 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) were issued to candidates who were directly invited through a strategic recruitment initiative.
The lowest-ranked candidate invited in this draw had a ranking score of 613.
Of the 36 invitations issued, 5 were extended to candidates who had declared a valid Express Entry profile number and a job seeker validation code, indicating their eligibility for expedited processing through the federal Express Entry system.
