What This Draw Means
This draw reflects Manitoba’s emphasis on the following priorities:
- Supporting employers facing labour shortages
- Strengthening Francophone and regional community growth
- Helping temporary workers transition toward permanent residency
- Ensuring strong alignment between labour market needs and provincial nominations
Manitoba continues to use targeted recruitment initiatives to select candidates who are ready to contribute to provincial labour needs and settle long term in the province.
