The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) has issued 184 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) in a new Expression of Interest (EOI) draw, held on December 5, 2025. The draw targeted candidates in the Skilled Worker in Manitoba and Skilled Worker Overseas pathways who were directly invited under one of the province’s strategic recruitment initiatives.
This latest round continues Manitoba’s focus on attracting workers who can meet labour market needs across the province, including priority communities and sectors.

Manitoba issued LAAs across several targeted initiatives:
- Employer Services – 10
- Francophone Community – 20
- Regional Communities – 21
- Ethnocultural Communities – 7
- Temporary Public Policy to Facilitate Work Permits for Prospective Provincial Nominee Program Candidates (TPP) – 126
The Temporary Public Policy stream accounted for the majority of invitations, reflecting the province’s continued reliance on policy tools that help employers bring in skilled workers more quickly.
Express Entry Candidates Included
Of the 184 invitations issued, 61 went to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code. These individuals may benefit from faster processing once nominated, as a provincial nomination adds 600 points to their federal Express Entry score.
