The October 23 draw included both Skilled Worker in Manitoba and Skilled Worker Overseas pathways. Of the total invitations:
- 4 were issued through the Employer Services initiative
- 3 through the Francophone Community initiative
- 2 through Regional Communities
- 1 through Ethnocultural Communities
- 19 under the Temporary Public Policy to Facilitate Work Permits for Prospective Provincial Nominee Program Candidates (TPP)
Notably, 9 of the invited candidates had declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code, indicating their eligibility for faster federal processing once nominated.
This latest draw highlights Manitoba’s continued focus on attracting skilled workers with strong ties to the province and supporting employers’ labour needs through targeted recruitment channels.
