The Copy of the Birth Certificate or Another Equivalent Document
Purpose: To verify the relationship of the dependent children to the parents
Document Requirements:
- Applicants need to submit this document only if they identify dependent children
- The document could be any one of the following:
- A birth certificate
- An equivalent document from the country of birth or,
- A letter of explanation where no birth certificate is available in the country
The Individuals who would need to submit this documentation:
- All the dependent children, including non-accompanying
