Following the assessment of your family's eligibility during the initial consultation, this portal has been created to facilitate intake for your family's citizenship applications under the recent legislative changes. The information below outlines how the family process will work and the steps required to begin onboarding.

If your household has more than one Canadian lineage (for example, you and your spouse each claim through your own ancestor), please do not complete this form. 🤝What If My Spouse or Partner Doesn't Have Their Own Claim?

Our Family Bundle covers only applicants who have an independent claim to Canadian citizenship through the same qualifying Canadian ancestor. A spouse or common-law partner who does not have their own descent claim cannot be included on this mandate.

The good news: once your Canadian citizenship is confirmed, there are established pathways for sponsoring your spouse or common-law partner for Canadian permanent residence. For more on those options, see our FAQ Hub.

Adding Family Members

Ideally, all applicants are confirmed at the outset to allow for a single streamlined submission. That being said, we understand that it may take time for families to coordinate or for members to decide whether they would like to be included. Please contact us at info@immigration.ca.

Such requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and inclusion under the Family Bundle rate will depend on the stage of file preparation.

💳Billing and Payment

To keep your process as streamlined as possible and to maintain the discounted "Family Bundle" structure, we will issue a single, unified invoice for the entire mandate. To ensure your file can move forward as efficiently as possible, we kindly ask that the initial instalment (retainer) be coordinated internally and submitted as a single remittance.

Please note that our team will only be able to finalize your file opening under this family mandate once the full initial payment for all included family members has been received. As such, coordinating a single payment helps us avoid administrative delays associated with tracking multiple partial payments and allows us to focus on advancing your process without delay.

📨Onboarding and Communication

As part of our streamlined process, one family member will be appointed as the Designated Point of Contact. This person will serve as the primary contact for your entire family, simplifying the exchange of information and ensuring that communication with our firm is centralized through a single channel.
