The Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) has introduced new guidelines to manage high demand, processing times, and nominations for 2024.
The new guidelines will also offer applicants multiple opportunities to apply to AAIP for the limited number of available provincial nomination certificates, the province says.
These guidelines have been adopted for the Alberta Opportunity Steam, Rural Renewal Stream and Accelerated Tech Pathway, similar to those used in the Tourism and Hospitality Stream.
Each month, a targeted number of applications will be accepted into the pool from where AAIP will draw.
