Alberta has issued 683 invitations to apply for provincial nomination through three separate draws under the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP).

The largest of the three draws took place on August 12, 2025, when 581 candidates were invited through the Alberta Opportunity Stream. Candidates needed a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 70 to receive an invitation. This stream targets skilled workers already living and working in Alberta with a valid job offer and the required language, education, and work experience.

On August 11, 2025, Alberta invited 39 candidates under the Dedicated Health Care Pathway for non-Express Entry applicants. These candidates required a minimum score of 53.
