Boucherville, Quebec has topped the MoneySense 2015 List of Canada’s Best Places to Live. The index compiles data from Environics Analytics, Statistics Canada and several other data providers, comparing several factors to assess 209 communities across the country. This year Boucherville has replaced St. Albert in Alberta, with other cities in Alberta also falling down the rankings. Ottawa is the top large city, ranking No. 2 in the overall index.
