Prospective immigrants to Canada are younger and better educated as a result of immigration changes in recent years, according to a new survey. 95% of would-be immigrants were between the age of 25 and 44, compared to 84% before 2013, while 59% of respondents said their highest level of education is a bachelor’s degree, compared to 34% before 2012.
