A maximum of 1,320 points are available.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The draw targeted candidates with a job offer from an employer outside the Montreal metropolitan area.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Candidates class=\"ol1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Candidates submit an online expression of interest profile via Arrima.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Profiles enter into an Expression of Interest pool, where they are ranked against each other using a <a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/fr\/quebec-expression-of-interest-points-system\"><span class=\"s1\">points system<\/span><\/a>\u00a0and are valid for 12-months.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">The highest-ranking candidates are invited to apply for a Quebec Certificate of Selection under the Quebec Skilled Worker Program via periodic draws.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Candidates receiving an invitation have 60 days to submit a full application.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Approved candidates who receive a nomination certificate (CSQ) may then apply to
