href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/ontario-immigration-launches-expression-of-interest-system\"><span class=\"s1\">Expression of Interest<\/span><\/a> draws, issuing a total of 1,320 invitations through its Masters Graduate, Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker, and Employer Job Offer: International Student streams.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The draws were conducted on March 1, 2022.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Through the Masters Graduate Stream, 238 invitations were issued to candidates with a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 41.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Under the Foreign Worker stream, a general draw saw 456 candidates invited, with a minimum score of 39 points.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">For the International Student stream, a general draw saw 411 invitations issued, with a minimum score of 72.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">A second draw through the International Student stream saw invitations issued to candidates with a minimum score of 42, with work experience in one of the following National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">NOC\u00a02232 &#8211; Mechanical engineering technologists and technicians<\/li>\n<li field of education and where they completed their studies.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Proficiency in English or French.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Intention to settle outside of the Greater Toronto Area.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Skill and work experience level, earnings history, other factors relevant to prospects in Ontario job market.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Labour market needs in the province or region of the province.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 class=\"p1\">Masters Graduate Stream<\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">This stream offers an opportunity to obtain permanent residence to international students who obtained a masters degree in Ontario without requiring a job offer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">To be eligible to apply, a candidate must meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Graduated from a Master\u2019s degree program from an\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/fr\/ontario-immigrant-nominee-program-international-students#1\"><span class=\"s1\">eligible institution<\/span><\/a>\u00a0in Ontario, that was at least one-year full-time.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Obtained minimum language\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/fr\/canada-immigration-language-tests-converter\"><span class=\"s1\">CLB\/NCLC<\/span><\/a>\u00a0level 7 or above in English or in French.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Resided legally in Ontario for at least one year in the last two.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Have sufficient settlement funds.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Intend to live and work in Ontario.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Must have legal status in Ontario or abroad.\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Applications from elsewhere in Canada will not be job offer under NOC 0, A or B that meets the median wage levels for Ontario, and in a position that is necessary to the business;\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">For those already working in the position, the proposed wage must be equal or greater than the current wage being paid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Two cumulative years of relevant work experience in the previous five years before the date of application;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Relevant mandatory licensing in Ontario, if the position so requires;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Live abroad, or be working, studying or visiting Canada on a valid permit;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Intention to settle in Ontario.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Employer Job Offer: International Student Stream<\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">To
