Quebec immigration<\/a><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>issued 536 invitations to educators and healthcare workers with job offers outside the Montreal Urban Community Thursday in its second major draw in September through the Arrima Expression of Interest<\/span><\/a>\u00a0<\/span>system.<\/p>\n

The francophone province\u2019s Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Immigration, de la Francisation et de l\u2019Int\u00e9gration (MIFI) required a minimum score of 562 in the\u00a0Quebec Expression of Interest points system<\/span><\/a> in the latest draw, 63 points higher than the draw on Sept. 2.<\/p>\n

Quebec has now issued 2,655 invitations since August 12, having previously issued only 545 invitations in the whole of 2021.<\/p>\n

In this latest draw, the province targeted those with skills and experience in one of six National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
