class=\"li1\">NOC 3233 \u2013 Licensed practical nurses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"mcetoc_1fhdscc2t0\" class=\"p5\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>Ontario Express Entry: Human Capital Priorities Stream<\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">The OINP issues periodic NOIs\u00a0 throughout the year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">This stream is designed for skilled workers who wish to live and work in Ontario, and who have proven skills and abilities to successfully establish themselves in the province.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">To qualify under this stream, applicants must have:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li7\">Ongoing profile under the Federal Express Entry system and be qualified for either the FSWP or the CEC.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li7\">Hold minimum of 1-year of full time, or full-time equivalent work experience under NOC occupation\u00a0level 0, A or B, in the past five years if applying under the FSWP or in the past three years if applying under CEC.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li7\">Hold the equivalent of a Canadian Bachelors degree or higher.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li7\">Show language proficiency of minimum\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/canada-immigration-language-tests-converter\/\"><span class=\"s1\">CLB\/NCLC<\/span><\/a><span class=\"s2\">\u00a0<\/span>level 7 in English or in French.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li7\">Intention to reside in the province of Ontario.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li7\">Residing with legal status in Canada, if applicable.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li7\">Proof of required settlement funds.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Minimum Express Entry Comprehensive Ranking System score as determined by director under\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/ontario-immigration-draws\"><span class=\"s1\">periodic draws<\/span><\/a><span class=\"s2\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"mcetoc_1fhdscksb2\" class=\"p5\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>Application process<\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ontario will select eligible applicants from the Express Entry Pool. Candidates must:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li class=\"li7\">Meet the eligibility criteria for the HCP stream AND<\/li>\n<li class=\"li8\"><span class=\"s6\">Meet the minimum\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/comprehensive-ranking-system-crs\/\"><span class=\"s1\">Comprehensive Ranking System<\/span><\/a><\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s6\">score.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"p1\">The application for nomination must be submitted within 45 calendar days from the NOI.
