of Interest through the province\u2019s Express Entry <a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/fr\/ontario-immigrant-nominee-program-express-entry-streams\"><span class=\"s1\">Human Capital Priorities<\/span><\/a> stream.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/fr\/immigration-ontario\"><span class=\"s1\">Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program<\/span><\/a> (OINP) draw took place on February 8, with the invited candidates scoring between 463 and 467 Express Entry Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Candidates were required to have submitted Express Entry profiles between February 8, 2021 and February 8, 2022.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Tech Draws target six technology occupations:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\"><\/span>0213 \u2013 Computer and information systems managers<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\"><\/span>2147 \u2013 Computer engineers<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\"><\/span>2172 \u2013 Database analysts and data administrators<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\"><\/span>2173 \u2013 Software engineers and designers<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\"><\/span>2174 \u2013 Computer programmer and interactive media developers<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\"><\/span>2175 \u2013 Web designers and developers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s3\"><a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/fr\/ontario-immigration-to-begin-tech-draws-targeting-6-technology-sector-occupations\">Ontario announced it would be starting Tech Draws in July<\/a> 2019<\/span><span class=\"s4\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The draws are designed to address labour shortages in the technology sector in Canada\u2019s largest province.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Candidates must meet existing HCP requirements (see below) as well as have work experience in one of the stated occupations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Candidates selected from the Express Entry pool receive a Notification of Interest via their Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) account.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">They then class=\"p1\" id=\"mcetoc_1frfudqvj0\">What Are The Requirements For the Ontario Express Entry: Human Capital Priorities Stream?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">To qualify applicants must have:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s5\"><\/span>Ongoing profile under the Federal Express Entry system and be qualified for either the FSWP or the CEC.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s5\"><\/span>Hold minimum of 1-year of full time, or full-time equivalent work experience under NOC occupation\u00a0level 0, A or B, in the past five years if applying under the FSWP or in the past three years if applying under CEC.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s5\"><\/span>Hold the equivalent of a Canadian Bachelors degree or higher.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s5\"><\/span>Show language proficiency of minimum\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/fr\/canada-immigration-language-tests-converter\"><span class=\"s1\">CLB\/NCLC<\/span><\/a>\u00a0level 7 in English or in French.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s5\"><\/span>Intention to reside in the province of Ontario.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s5\"><\/span>Residing with legal status in Canada, if applicable.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s5\"><\/span>Proof of required settlement funds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr
