{"id":79398,"date":"2020-08-26T12:59:59","date_gmt":"2020-08-26T16:59:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/immigrationca.staging.wpengine.com\/ontario-issues-noc-targeted-invitations-for-express-entry-human-capital-priorities"},"modified":"2020-08-26T13:03:34","modified_gmt":"2020-08-26T17:03:34","slug":"ontario-issues-noc-targeted-invitations-for-express-entry-human-capital-priorities","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/fr\/ontario-issues-noc-targeted-invitations-for-express-entry-human-capital-priorities\/","title":{"rendered":"Ontario Issues NOC-Targeted Invitations for Express Entry Human Capital Priorities"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\">Ontario immigration is issuing Notifications of Interest to candidates in nine occupations through the provincial <a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/ontario-immigrant-nominee-program-express-entry-streams\"><span class=\"s1\">Express Entry Human Capital Priorities stream<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">A Wednesday, August 26 announcement on the <a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/ontario-immigration\"><span class=\"s1\">Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program<\/span><\/a> (OINP) website said the province would \u201cissue targeted notifications of interest\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The nine targeted National Occupational Classification codes include jobs in finance, advertising, sales and healthcare.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The announcement said the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score range would be posted later in the day.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\" id=\"mcetoc_1eglnnrgn2\">Express Entry Human Capital Priorities: Targeted Occupations For August 26 Draw<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\"><\/span>0111 Financial managers<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\"><\/span>0124 Advertising, marketing and public relations managers<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\"><\/span>0601 Corporate sales managers<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\"><\/span>1111 Financial auditors and accountants<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\"><\/span>1114 Other financial officers <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\"><\/span>1122 Professional occupations in business management consulting<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\"><\/span>3012 Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\"><\/span>3124 Allied primary health practitioners<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\"><\/span>3132 Dietitians and nutritionists<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 class=\"p1\" id=\"mcetoc_1eglnnop51\">Ontario Express Entry: Human Capital Priorities Stream<\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">The OINP issues periodic\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/ontario-immigration-draws\"><span class=\"s1\">Notifications of Interest (NOI)<\/span><\/a>\u00a0throughout the year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">This stream is designed for skilled workers who wish to live and work in Ontario, and who have proven skills and abilities to successfully establish themselves in the province.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">To qualify under this stream, applicants must have:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\"><\/span>Ongoing profile under the Federal Express Entry system and be qualified for either the FSWP or the CEC.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\"><\/span>Hold a minimum of 1-year of full time, or full-time equivalent work experience under NOC occupation level 0, A or B, in the past five years if applying under the FSWP or in the past three years if applying under CEC.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\"><\/span>Hold the equivalent of a Canadian Bachelors&rsquo;s degree or higher.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\"><\/span>Show language proficiency of minimum\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/canada-immigration-language-tests-converter\/\"><span class=\"s1\">CLB\/NCLC<\/span><\/a>\u00a0level 7 in English or in French.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\"><\/span>Intention to reside in the province of Ontario.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\"><\/span>Residing with legal status in Canada, if applicable.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\"><\/span>Proof of required settlement funds.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s3\"><\/span>Minimum Express Entry Comprehensive Ranking System score as determined by the director under <a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/ontario-immigration-draws\"><span class=\"s1\">period draws<\/span><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 class=\"p1\" id=\"mcetoc_1eglnnlq50\">Application process<\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ontario will select eligible applicants from the Express Entry Pool. Candidates must:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Meet the eligibility criteria for the HCP stream AND<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Meet the minimum\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/comprehensive-ranking-system-crs\/\"><span class=\"s1\">Comprehensive Ranking System<\/span><\/a>\u00a0score.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"p1\">The application for nomination must be submitted within 45 calendar days from the NOI.
