Employers and regulatory bodies may ask for higher;<\/li>\n<li>Have completed one year of post-secondary education, training or apprenticeship comparable to the Canadian education system. See the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/saskatchewan-immigration-excluded-occupations-list\">excluded occupations list<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Obtain the appropriate licensure in Saskatchewan if your field so requires, as the authorities will not process an application without the licensure.<\/li>\n<li>Have proof of\u00a0settlement funds and a settlement plan.<\/li>\n<li>Pay a non-refundable $300 application fee online.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What Are the Requirements for The Saskatchewan Express Entry Sub-Category?<\/h3>\n<p>Candidates from outside Canada, or with legal status in Canada, qualify for this\u00a0Saskatchewan immigration\u00a0category, provided they are not a refugee claimant.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, candidates must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a profile in the Express Entry Pool, with profile number and job seeker validation code;<\/li>\n<li>Score a minimum of 60 points on the SINP points assessment grid;<\/li>\n<li>Provide valid language test results from a designated testing agency matching those in the Express Entry profile;<\/li>\n<li>Have completed one year of post-secondary education, training or apprenticeship comparable to the Canadian education system.
