More years of experience (up to five) increase the points you can earn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Experience can include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cultural activities<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>two one-year periods of self-employment in cultural activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>two one-year periods of participation at a world-class level in cultural activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a combination of one year of self-employment and one year of world-class participation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Athletics<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>two one-year periods of self-employment in athletics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>two one-year periods of participation at a world-class level in athletics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a combination of one year of self-employment and one year of world-class participation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Selection Criteria<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The program uses a points-based system. Applicants are assessed on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>education<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>age<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>language abilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>adaptability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A minimum of 35 points out of 100 is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Medical, Security And Other Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Applicants and their family members must complete a medical exam and provide police certificates.
