Les candidats soumettent une d\u00e9claration d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat et attendent une invitation \u00e0 soumettre une demande. Les candidats s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s soumettent une demande compl\u00e8te qui est \u00e9valu\u00e9e par les autorit\u00e9s d&rsquo;immigration de la province. S&rsquo;ils sont approuv\u00e9s, les candidats doivent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement signer une entente de rendement et demander un permis de travail afin d&rsquo;entrer au Canada en tant que travailleur dans un premier temps. Sur la base de cette s\u00e9lection ou nomination, ils peuvent demander \u00e0 Immigration, R\u00e9fugi\u00e9s et Citoyennet\u00e9 Canada (IRCC) la r\u00e9sidence permanente.<\/p>\n\n<p>La majorit\u00e9 de ces programmes provinciaux d&rsquo;immigration des gens d&rsquo;affaires n\u00e9cessitent une participation active \u00e0 la gestion d&rsquo;une entreprise fond\u00e9e sur un investissement d\u00e9termin\u00e9 et la cr\u00e9ation d&#8217;emplois. Entrepreneur Immigration \u2013 Regional Pilot<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The British Columbia Entrepreneur Immigration \u2013 Regional Pilot aims to attract entrepreneurs to rural parts of the province.<\/p>\n<p><b>Community Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The population of less than 75,000.<\/li>\n<li>Located beyond 30km from a municipality of more than 75,000 population.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated capacity to support foreign entrepreneurs with a network of settlement and business support agencies.<\/li>\n<li>Immigration and pilot-specific training must be completed by community representatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Candidate Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Desire to start a business and settle in a B.C. regional community.<\/li>\n<li>Complete an exploratory visit.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of $100,000 in eligible business investments.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum personal net worth of $300,000.<\/li>\n<li>Canadian Language Benchmark Level 4 In English or French in each of the four competencies: listening, speaking, reading and writing, BY THE TIME OF NOMINATION.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 51 percent ownership.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of one new job created.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>B.C. Entrepreneur Immigration \u2013 Strategic Projects<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The B.C. Entrepreneur Immigration \u2013 Strategic Projects stream assists foreign-controlled companies establishing an eligible business in B.C. with the timely entry of foreign key managerial, professional or technical staff who intend to become permanent residents of Canada and settle in B.C.<\/p>\n<p><b>Company Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make a minimum equity investment of $500,000 to establish or purchase and expand an eligible business in B.C.<\/li>\n<li>Create at least three new jobs for Canadian citizens or permanent residents for each foreign key staff member proposed (to a maximum of five key staff).<\/li>\n<li>Establish or purchase and expand a company in B.C.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/british-columbia-immigration\/\">Read more &gt;&gt;<\/a><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 id=\"elementor-tab-title-1282\" class=\"elementor-tab-title the7-accordion-header\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1282\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-angle-down\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"fas fa-angle-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" href=\"\">Saskatchewan <\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/h5>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1282\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1282\"><p>The <strong><a name=\"sa\"><\/a>Saskatchewan&nbsp;<\/strong>Immigrant Nominee Program has two main business categories: the Entrepreneur&nbsp;stream and the International Graduate Entrepreneur Stream.<\/p>\n<p><b>Entrepreneur Stream<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Process<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Expression of interest<\/li>\n<li>Invitation to submit an application<\/li>\n<li>Nomination<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The expression of interest must meet the following minimum entry requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum net worth of $500,000 legally acquired.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of three years of entrepreneurial or relevant management experience.<\/li>\n<li>Investment of at least $300,000 in Regina or Saskatoon, or $200,000 is any other Saskatchewan area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Candidates enter a pool where they receive a score. The top-scoring candidates are invited to submit an application.<\/p>\n<p>Applications must include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Business Establishment Plan confirming figures in expression of interest, and including at least one-third ownership of a company in Saskatchewan, unless investment is $1 million or higher.<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to be active in the day-to-day management of business.<\/li>\n<li>Creation of two or more jobs for Canadian citizens or permanent residents if the business is located in Regina or Saskatoon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>International Graduate Entrepreneur Stream: Process<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>1. Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI)<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Candidates must submit an Expression of Interest to the SINP<\/p>\n<p><b>2. Invitation to Apply<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Candidates are scored based on their Expression of Interest, with the top-scoring candidates issued Invitations to Apply.<\/p>\n<p>Applicants that pass the SINP\u2019s assessment stage sign a Business Performance Agreement (BPA) based on their submitted Business Establishment Plan (BEP).<\/p>\n<p><b>3. Business Establishment<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>A<\/b>pproved candidates establish and actively operate their business while in Saskatchewan on a valid Post-Graduation Work Permit.<\/p>\n<p><b>4. Nomination<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Once a candidate satisfies the conditions of the Business Performance Agreement, they can apply to be nominated by the SINP for permanent residency.<\/p>\n<p>Applicants that close or sell their business upon earning an SINP nomination and prior to obtaining permanent residence will have their nomination revoked.<\/p>\n<p><b>International Graduate Entrepreneur Stream: Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Requirements To Submit an EOI<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be at least 21 years of age.<\/li>\n<li>Have completed a full-time Saskatchewan post-secondary degree or diploma of at least two years in length from a recognized and eligible Saskatchewan institution.<\/li>\n<li>Have a valid Post-Graduate Work Permit with no less than 24 months of eligibility remaining.<\/li>\n<li>Have lived in Saskatchewan during their academic program.<\/li>\n<li>Have a minimum Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level of 7.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements For Business Establishment<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Live in Saskatchewan.<\/li>\n<li>Actively own and operate an eligible business in Saskatchewan for at least one year prior to applying for nomination.<\/li>\n<li>Own at least one-third of the equity of the business.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate that the business is generating the minimum required revenue amount after one year of operation, dependent on the number of employees.<\/li>\n<li>Sign a Business Performance Agreement with the Government of Saskatchewan, which will be provided to you by the SINP after your application is approved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/saskatchewan-immigration\/#entrepreneurs\">Read more &gt;&gt;<\/a><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 id=\"elementor-tab-title-1283\" class=\"elementor-tab-title the7-accordion-header\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1283\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-angle-down\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"fas fa-angle-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" href=\"\">Manitoba<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/h5>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1283\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1283\"><p><b>Business Investor Stream<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The <b>Manitoba<\/b> Business Investor Stream is aimed at qualified international business investors and entrepreneurs. Candidates are initially issued with a temporary work permit and must have the intent and ability to start or purchase a business in Manitoba within two years of arrival. The stream abolishes a previous requirement for a $100,000 deposit with the Manitoba government. There are pathways for entrepreneurs and for farm investors.<\/p>\n<p><b>a) Entrepreneur Pathway<\/b><\/p>\n<p>For applicants wanting to open a business in Manitoba. Candidates are initially issued with a temporary work permit. They are nominated for permanent residence after establishing a business meeting the conditions of a Business Performance Agreement. Priority is given to candidates starting businesses outside Winnipeg.<\/p>\n<p><b>b) Farm Investor Pathway<\/b><\/p>\n<p>For applicants wanting to open and operate a farm in rural Manitoba. Candidates are initially issued with a temporary work permit. They are nominated for permanent residence after establishing a business meeting the conditions of a Business Performance Agreement.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/manitoba-immigration\/\">Read more &gt;&gt;<\/a><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 id=\"elementor-tab-title-1284\" class=\"elementor-tab-title the7-accordion-header\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1284\">\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-angle-down\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"fas fa-angle-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" href=\"\">Nova Scotia<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/h5>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1284\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1284\"><p>The <strong><a name=\"nsa\"><\/a>Nova Scotia<\/strong> Entrepreneur stream targets candidates with business ownership or senior management experience. They must live in Nova Scotia, either start a new business or buy an existing business, and actively participate in the day-to-day management of that business.<\/p>\n<p>Under the Entrepreneur stream, candidates are first issued a temporary work permit before applying for permanent residence after operating the business for a year.
