It is worth mentioning that the authorities will refund the Right of Citizenship Fee in case the applicant does not require citizenship.\n<table cellspacing=\"0\" tabindex=\"0\"><b>The Immigration Fees<\/b><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1882\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1882\">Permanent Residence (R295) \u2013 For Family Class or Spouse and Common-Law Partner in Canada Class (SCLPC)\n<ul>\n \t<li>In accordance with the provisions specified in R304 (1), the sponsorship fee will be $75\n<ul>\n \t<li>The sponsorship fee will always be $75<\/li>\n \t<li>The client will need to pay the sponsorship fee per application<\/li>\n \t<li>The sponsorship fee is lower for the principal applicant solely because of the sponsorship fee<\/li>\n \t<li>The authorities will not refund the sponsorship fee in case they find sponsor ineligible to sponsor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>The principal applicant will need to pay $475 in case the principal applicant is a:\n<ul>\n \t<li>Spouse, common-law partner or a conjugal partner<\/li>\n \t<li>Mother, father, grandmother or grandfather<\/li>\n \t<li>Dependent child of the sponsor who is 19 years of age or older or who is married or in a common-law or conjugal relationship \u2013 regardless of age<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>The principal applicant will need to pay $75 in case the principal applicant is:\n<ul>\n \t<li>Under 19 years of age<\/li>\n \t<li>A dependent child of the sponsor (orphan or child to be adopted)<\/li>\n \t<li>Not a spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>The family member of the principal applicant will need to pay $550 in case the family member of the principal applicant is:\n<ul>\n \t<li>At least 19 years of age or older or,<\/li>\n \t<li>Under 19 years of age and a spouse or common-law partner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>The family member of the principal applicant will need to pay $150 in case the family member of the principal applicant is:\n<ul>\n \t<li>Under 19 years of age and,<\/li>\n \t<li>Not a spouse or a common-law partner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" tabindex=\"0\">The Investor, Entrepreneur or Self-Employed Persons Class<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1883\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1883\"><ul>\n \t<li>The principal applicant will need to pay $1,050<\/li>\n \t<li>The family member of the principal applicant will need to pay $550 in case the family member of the principal applicant is:\n<ul>\n \t<li>At least 19 years of age or older or,<\/li>\n \t<li>Under 19 years of age and a spouse or common-law partner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>The family member of the principal applicant will need to pay $150 in case the family member of the principal applicant is:\n<ul>\n \t<li>At least 19 years of age or older or,<\/li>\n \t<li>Under 19 years of age and a spouse or common-law partner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<b>Note:<\/b>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Situations could arise where a dependent child has a spouse or a common-law partner<\/li>\n \t<li>In this scenario, the applicant will not be able to include this spouse on the application<\/li>\n \t<li>This is because the officers will only process family members on this application<\/li>\n \t<li>Thus, the client will need to sponsor the spouse of the dependent child later through the family class<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1884\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1884\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"fas fa-minus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" tabindex=\"0\">The Members of the Permit Holders Class<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1884\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1884\"><ul>\n \t<li>In accordance with the provisions specified in R302, an application by a person as a member of the permit holders class to remain in Canada as a permanent resident will cost $325<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nOther Classes\n\nThis section includes:\n<ul>\n \t<li>Live-in caregivers<\/li>\n \t<li>Humanitarian and Compassionate (H&amp;C) considerations<\/li>\n \t<li>Skilled workers \u2013 including provincial nominees, Canadian Experience Class (CEC) and,<\/li>\n \t<li>Protected persons in Canada i.e. Convention refugees and positive Pre-Removal Risk Assessment (PRRA)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n \t<li>In accordance with the provisions specified in R307 for Humanitarian and Compassionate (H&amp;C) considerations, the principal applicant will need to pay $550<\/li>\n \t<li>The family member of the principal applicant will need to pay $550 in case the family member of the principal applicant is:\n<ul>\n \t<li>At least 19 years of age or older or,<\/li>\n \t<li>Under 19 years of age and a spouse or common-law partner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>The family member of the principal applicant will need to pay $150 in case the family member of the principal applicant is:\n<ul>\n \t<li>Under 19 years of age and,<\/li>\n \t<li>Not a spouse or a common-law partner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<b>Note:<\/b>\n<ul>\n \t<li>In the case of protected persons outside of Canada, it is worth highlighting that people in the Convention refugee abroad class remain exempt from having to pay the processing fees\n<ul>\n \t<li>This also applies to people in the Convention refugee abroad class \u2013 including source country and the country of asylum<\/li>\n \t<li>This is in accordance with the provisions specified in R295 (2) (a)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>In the case of protected temporary residents in Canada and the family members included in their applications, it is worth highlighting that these individuals are exempt from the processing fees\n<ul>\n \t<li>This is in accordance with the provisions specified in R301 (1.1)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1885\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1885\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"fas fa-minus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" tabindex=\"0\">The Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF)<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1885\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1885\"><ul>\n \t<li>It is worth mentioning that all applicants in any immigration class will need to pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) of $490<\/li>\n \t<li>The following individuals however, remain exempt from having to pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF):\n<ul>\n \t<li>Protected persons who apply for permanent residence in any class and the family members included in their application\n<ul>\n \t<li>This also includes Convention refugees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>Members of the protected temporary resident class and the family members included in their application<\/li>\n \t<li>Dependent children, regardless of age, of a sponsor or a principal applicant<\/li>\n \t<li>Dependent children of dependent children of a sponsor or a principal applicant and,<\/li>\n \t<li>A child to be adopted, an orphaned brother, sister, niece, nephew or grandchild<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nThe authorities require Humanitarian and Compassionate (H&amp;C) principal applicants, regardless of their ages, to pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF). However, the following individuals will remain exempt from having to pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF):\n<ul>\n \t<li>Protected persons and their family members and,<\/li>\n \t<li>Principal applicants who are dependent children of Canadian citizens or permanent residents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<b>Note:<\/b>\n<ul>\n \t<li>It is worth mentioning that a dependent child will typically include the adopted child of the parent<\/li>\n \t<li>Thus, the child will not need to pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF)<\/li>\n \t<li>This is in accordance with the provisions specified in R303 <\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1886\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"6\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1886\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"fas fa-minus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" tabindex=\"0\">The Processing Fees for Temporary Residence<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1886\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"6\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1886\"><ul>\n \t<li>Applicants seeking a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) \u2013 regardless of single or multiple entry will need to pay $100\n<ul>\n \t<li>This is in accordance with the provisions specified in R296 (1)<\/li>\n \t<li>The provisions specified in R297 (1) and R296 (2) list the exceptions that apply<\/li>\n \t<li>Applicants for the Parent and Grandparent Extended Stay Temporary Resident Visa (Super Visa) who submit their applications at the Case Processing Centre in Vegreville (CPC-V) will also need to pay $100<\/li>\n \t<li>Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) exempt nationals who apply at visa offices will not need to pay any fee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>In accordance with the provisions specified in R297 (2), the maximum family rate payable for a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) is $500\n<ul>\n \t<li>For work permits, the clients will need to pay $155<\/li>\n \t<li>Officers will need to refer to the provisions specified in R299 (1) and R299 (2) for the applicable exceptions<\/li>\n \t<li>Officers will also need to refer to the section titled \u2018The In-Canada Refugee Claimant \u2013 The Fees Chart for Work and Study Permits\u2019 that appears subsequently in this document<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>In accordance with the provisions specified in R299 (3), the maximum rate payable for a work permit for a group of three of more performing artists and their staff is $465<\/li>\n \t<li>Open work permit holders will need to pay $100<\/li>\n \t<li>The fee for employer compliance is $230<\/li>\n \t<li>The maximum fee for employer compliance is $690<\/li>\n \t<li>For study permits, the clients will need to pay $150\n<ul>\n \t<li>Officers will need to refer to the provisions specified in R300 (1) and R300 (2) for the applicable exceptions<\/li>\n \t<li>Officers will also need to refer to the section titled \u2018The In-Canada Refugee Claimant \u2013 The Fees Chart for Work and Study Permits\u2019 that appears subsequently in this document<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>Applicants will need to pay a fee of $200 for a Temporary Resident Permit (TRP)\n<ul>\n \t<li>The same fee applies for Temporary Resident Permit (TRP) extensions as well<\/li>\n \t<li>Officers will need to refer to the provisions specified in R298 (1) and R298 (2) for the applicable exceptions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>The fees for the extension of authorisation to remain in Canada as a temporary resident or visitor is $100\n<ul>\n \t<li>Officers will need to refer to the provisions specified in R305 (1) and R305 (2) for the applicable exceptions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>In accordance with the provisions specified in R306 (1), the fee for the restoration of temporary resident status is $200\n<ul>\n \t<li>It is worth highlighting that restoration does not apply to holders of expired Temporary Resident Permits (TRPs)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<b>Note:<\/b>\n<ul>\n \t<li>People who apply at the same time and place for a work permit or a study permit do not need to pay the fee for a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV)<\/li>\n \t<li>This does not apply to a group of performing artists and their staff<\/li>\n \t<li>This is in accordance with the provisions specified in R296 (2) (d)<\/li>\n \t<li>To be eligible for the employer compliance maximum fee, the employer will need to make offers of employment to a group of three or more foreign nationals, comprising performing artists and their staff at
