It was the 18<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0draw since immigration authorities substantially modified the Express Entry Comprehensive Ranking System in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/express-entry-breaking-news-canada-eases-pathway-permanent-residence-foreign-workers-international-students\/\">November 2016<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Express Entry is an immigration system implemented by Canadian immigration authorities (IRCC) on January 1, 2015 which manages skilled worker applications under Federal Economic programs.
