Only EOIs submitted before this date will be eligible for selection.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/saskatchewan-immigration\/\">Saskatchewan immigration<\/a> Entrepreneur stream is a three-stage process:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Expression of interest<\/li>\n<li>Invitation to submit application<\/li>\n<li>Nomination<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>The expression of interest must meet the following minimum entry requirements:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum net worth of $500,000 legally acquired.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of three years of entrepreneurial or relevant management experience.<\/li>\n<li>Investment of at least $300,000 in Regina or Saskatoon, or $200,000 is any other Saskatchewan area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Candidates enter a pool where they receive a score. The top scoring candidates are invited to submit an application.<\/p>\n<h3>Applications must include:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Business Establishment Plan confirming figures in expression of interest, and including at least one third ownership of a company in Saskatchewan, unless investment is $1 million or higher.<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to be active in day-to-day management of business.<\/li>\n<li>Creation of two or more jobs for Canadian citizens or permanent residents if the business is located in Regina or Saskatoon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The SINP website says: \u201cPlease note that the SINP reserves the right to have Business Establishment Plans assessed by professional third parties identified by the government of Saskatchewan. The assessment conducted by third parties will focus on the preparation and due diligence conducted by the applicant in preparing their proposed business plan.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Saskatchewan\u2019s popular Canada Express Entry category <a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/saskatchewan-express-entry-stream-opens\/\">remains open<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The International Skilled Worker \u2013 Saskatchewan Express Entry stream is currently accepting 462 applications, according to\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.saskatchewan.ca\/\" rel=\"noopener\">www.saskatchewan.ca<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The category is aimed at skilled workers wishing to live and work in Saskatchewan, have a profile in the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/express-entry-immigration-2017\/\">Canada Express Entry<\/a>\u00a0Pool and meet specific criteria.<\/p>\n<p><b>Interested employers:\u00a0<\/b>Kindly\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/en\/employment-portal\/canada-employers.html\">contact us<\/a>\u00a0here to receive further information.<\/p>\n<p><b>Interested candidates:<\/b>\u00a0Find out whether you qualify to Canada by completing our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/en\/free-immigration-evaluation.html\">free on-line evaluation<\/a>.
