The date of extraction from the Arrima bank was listed as January 4. There was no minimum score for these candidates.<\/p>\n<p>The second draw targeted two different groups of candidates, with January 22 listed as the date of extraction.<\/p>\n<p>In the first group, candidates needed a French language speaking ability of level 7 or higher on the Quebec proficiency scale, to have scored at least 615 on the <a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/fr\/quebec-expression-of-interest-points-system\/\">Quebec Expression of Interest points system<\/a>, and have skilled and experience in one of the following engineers<\/li>\n<li>2147\u00a0\u00a0 Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers)<\/li>\n<li>2171\u00a0\u00a0 Information systems analysts and consultants<\/li>\n<li>2172\u00a0\u00a0 Database analysts and data administrators<\/li>\n<li>2173\u00a0\u00a0 Software engineers and designers<\/li>\n<li>2174\u00a0\u00a0 Computer programmers and interactive media of interest profile via Arrima.<\/li>\n<li>Profiles enter into an Expression of Interest pool, where they are ranked against each other using a <a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/fr\/quebec-expression-of-interest-points-system\/\">points system<\/a>\u00a0and are valid for 12-months.<\/li>\n<li>The highest-ranking candidates are invited to apply for a Quebec Certificate of Selection under the Quebec Skilled Worker Program via periodic draws.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates receiving an invitation have 60 days to submit a full application.<\/li>\n<li>Approved candidates who receive a nomination certificate (CSQ) may then apply to the federal government for Canadian permanent residence.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Quebec href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/fr\/immigration-des-travailleurs-qualifies-au-quebec\/\">Quebec Skilled Worker Program<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Candidates and their spouse or common-law partner can score up to 1,320 points based on human capital and Quebec labour market factors.<\/p>\n<h3>What Are the Requirements for Quebec Expression of Interest?<\/h3>\n<p>The Quebec Expression of Interest points system
