We want to help you move to Canada<\/span>.\u00a0<\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/form.immigration.ca\/skilled-worker\/en\">Please submit your CV here.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Canada has issued 1,325 <a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/fr\/invitations-apply-permanent-residence-itas\/\">Invitations to Apply<\/a> (ITAs) in a new <a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/fr\/canada-express-entry-immigration\/\">Express Entry<\/a> draw.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The December 18 all-program targeted draw saw a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 542 points \u2013 19 points lower than the general draw before that.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>IRCC\u2019s previous draw \u2013 an occupation-specific round of invitations targeting STEM workers \u2013 took place on December 8, issuing 5,900 invitations with a minimum score of 481 points.<\/p>\n<p>The December 18 round was the fourth EE draw held this month, following more than a month of no draws.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The last all-program draw was held on December 6, one in which 4,750 ITAs were issued, and which witnessed the lowest CRS Score of 561.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><b>Read More:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/canada-reforms-international-student-program-beginning-january-1-2024\/\">Canada Reforms International Student Program\u00a0Beginning January 1, 2024<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/canada-issues-1000-invites-in-new-express-entry-draw-targeting-french-speakers\/\">Canada Issues 1,000 Invites in New Express Entry Draw Targeting French Speakers<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/fr\/ontario-draw-targets-agriculture-and-construction-jobs-with-262-invitations\/\">Ontario Draw Targets Agriculture and Construction Jobs With 262 Invitations<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Canada has now conducted the following draws this year:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>19 all-program draws<\/li>\n<li>Five PNP draws<\/li>\n<li>Six draws targeted at French speakers<\/li>\n<li>Three draws targeted at healthcare occupations<\/li>\n<li>Two draws targeted at STEM occupations<\/li>\n<li>One draw targeted at skilled trades<\/li>\n<li>One draw targeted at Federal Skilled Worker candidates<\/li>\n<li>One draw targeted at transport jobs<\/li>\n<li>One draw targeted at agriculture and agri-food occupations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>IRCC has now issued 108,196 ITAs in 2023, after inviting 45,115 candidates in the whole of 2022.<\/p>\n<p>IRCC issued a record 114,431 ITAs in 2021, to all\u00a0Canadian Experience Class and Provincial Nominee Program candidates. It beat the previous record of 107,350 set in 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Canada has a record immigration target of 465,000 for 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The latest draw saw the tie-breaking rule implemented on November 6, 2023, at 9:40 am EST.
