Over a quarter (27 per cent) of the population (of Kitchener) also noted speaking at least one language other than French or English.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\">Toronto Is Canada\u2019s Most Linguistically-Diverse City Study Finds<\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">Eleven of the most diverse cities in Canada are located in Ontario. British Columbia has six. There are two in Manitoba and one in Prince Edward Island.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Only two of Canada\u2019s 10 largest cities appeared in the Top 10 Most Diverse Cities list.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">But the country\u2019s biggest city, Toronto, has the highest proportion of both immigrants and multiple non-official language speakers.
