Those receiving an ITA must quickly submit a full application and pay processing fees, within a delay\u00a0of\u00a090-days.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Through a network\u00a0of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/fr\/appercu-des-programmes-des-candidats-des-provinces\/\"><span class=\"s1\">Provincial Nominee Programs\u00a0<\/span><\/a>(PNP), almost all\u00a0of\u00a0Canada\u2019s ten provinces and three territories can also nominate skilled worker candidates for admission to\u00a0Canada\u00a0when they have the specific skills required by local economies.
