September 20 draw, announced earlier this week, featured a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System score of 435.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">It targeted 10 occupations related to the transport It beat the previous record of 107,350 set in 2020.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Canada has a record immigration target of 465,000 for 2023.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The latest draw saw the tie-breaking rule implemented on June 17, 2023, at 2.44am EST.
