Saskatchewan immigration\u2019s latest Entrepreneur stream draw saw the Prairie province issue 23 invitations through the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program<\/span><\/a> (SINP).<\/p>\n

The Sept. 7 required a minimum score of 105 and an average score of 115 points.<\/p>\n

\u201cAll candidates with 110 points or higher were invited to apply,\u201d notes the Saskatchewan immigration website.<\/p>\n

\u201cCandidates with 105 points and a Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) score of 6 or higher were invited to apply.\u201d<\/p>\n

With the latest draw, Saskatchewan has sent out 146 Entrepreneur immigration ITAs so far this year, or just barely more than half the 270 ITAs under this immigration stream for the comparable period last year.<\/p>\n

Saskatchewan prioritizes three selection factors to separate candidates with the same score on the Entrepreneur stream points grid.<\/p>\n

The three factors, in order of priority, are:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • official language ability;<\/li>\n
  • those with businesses planned for a key economic sector, and;<\/li>\n
  • completion of an exploratory visit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The Saskatchewan immigration Entrepreneur stream is a three-stage process. Foreign nationals must first submit an Expression of interest (EOI). When they are selected in regular draws, they then submit an Invitation to Apply (ITA). Only then can they be nominated.<\/p>\n
