This is because these departments are responsible for education, labour and training based on the authority delegated from the legislation in each province and territory. Typically, the provincial and territorial Director of Apprenticeship provides guidance on this.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Canadian Council of Directors of Apprenticeship (CCDA) is responsible for the management of the Interprovincial Standards Red Seal Program along with several other activities.
