These officers would need to award:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>A maximum of 16 points for proficiency in the first official language (identified by the principal applicant on the application form) and,<\/li>\n<li>A maximum of eight points for proficiency in the second official language<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is in accordance with the provisions specified in R79.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Language
