It will now begin issuing nominations against its 2023 allocation.<\/p>\n<p>The province conducts regular draws through its <a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/fr\/alberta-immigration-express-entry-stream\/\">Express Entry<\/a>-linked stream, although it has not done so since July 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Important requirements for the stream are that candidates have stated an interest in immigrating permanently to the province, and are working in an occupation that supports Alberta\u2019s economic development and diversification.<\/p>\n<p>Alberta placed a <a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/fr\/alberta-immigration-reaches-self-imposed-nomination-limit-for-2020\/\">self-imposed limit<\/a> on its PNP nominations for 2020 following the COVID-19 pandemic.
