The lowest Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score was 488 a slight increase from the previous two draws.\u00a0 It was the 12<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0draw in 2016 under the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/express-entry-immigration-draws\/\">Express Entry System<\/a>\u00a0where the lowest CRS score was under 500.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Express Entry is an immigration system implemented by Canadian immigration authorities (\u00ab\u00a0CIC\u00a0\u00bb) on January 1, 2015 which manages skilled worker applications under Federal Economic programs.
