It did not require a minimum score in the <a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/fr\/quebec-expression-of-interest-points-system\">Quebec Expression of Interest points system<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Candidates Interest Work?<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Candidates submit an online expression of interest profile via Arrima.<\/li>\n<li>Profiles enter into an Expression of Interest pool, where they are ranked against each other using a <a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/fr\/quebec-expression-of-interest-points-system\">points system<\/a>\u00a0and are valid for 12 months.<\/li>\n<li>The highest-ranking candidates are invited to apply for a Quebec Certificate of Selection under the Quebec Skilled Worker Program via periodic draws.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates receiving an invitation have 60 days to submit a complete application.<\/li>\n<li>Approved candidates who receive a nomination certificate (CSQ) may apply to the federal government for Canadian permanent residence.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Quebec profiles submitted via Arrima to the Expression of Interest bank, with the highest-ranked profiles invited to apply for\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/fr\/immigration-des-travailleurs-qualifies-au-quebec\">Quebec Skilled Worker Program<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Candidates and their spouse or common-law partner can score up to 1,320 points based on human capital and Quebec labour market factors.<\/p>\n<p><b>What Are the Requirements for Quebec Expression of Interest?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The Quebec Expression of Interest points system involves points in two categories, with some including points for the spouse or the common-law partner of the principal candidate.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Human capital factors:\n<ul>\n<li>French
