A maximum of 1,320 points are available.<\/p>\n<p>The draw targeted candidates in several categories:<\/p>\n<p>1) Candidates who scored 624 or more with skills and experience in one of the following occupations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>0213 Computer and information systems managers<\/li>\n<li>2147 Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers)<\/li>\n<li>2171 Information systems analysts and consultants<\/li>\n<li>2172 Database analysts and data administrators<\/li>\n<li>2173 Software engineers and designers<\/li>\n<li>2174 Computer programmers and interactive media developers<\/li>\n<li>2175 Web designers and developers<\/li>\n<li>2241 Electrical and electronics engineering technologists and technicians<\/li>\n<li>2281 Computer network technicians<\/li>\n<li>2282 User support technicians<\/li>\n<li>2283 Information systems testing technicians<\/li>\n<li>5131 Producers, directors, choreographers and related occupations<\/li>\n<li>5223 Graphic arts technicians<\/li>\n<li>5241 Graphic designers and illustrators<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2) Candidates who scored 575 or more with skills and experience in National Occupational Classification code 3233 for licensed practical nurses.<\/p>\n<p>3) Candidates who scored 580 or more with skills and experience in National Occupational Classification code 3413 for nurse aides, orderlies and patient service associates.<\/p>\n<p>4) Candidates who scored 551 or more with skills and experience in National Occupational Classification code 4214 for early childhood educators and assistants.<\/p>\n<p>5) Candidates with a job offer from an employer outside the Montreal metropolitan area.<\/p>\n<p>Candidates receiving an invitation have 60 days to submit a full Expression of Interest Work?<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Candidates submit an online expression of interest profile via Arrima.<\/li>\n<li>Profiles enter into an Expression of Interest pool, where they are ranked against each other using a <a href=\"https:\/\/immigration.ca\/fr\/quebec-expression-of-interest-points-system\">points system<\/a>\u00a0and are valid for 12-months.<\/li>\n<li>The highest-ranking candidates are invited to apply for a Quebec Certificate of Selection under the Quebec Skilled Worker Program via periodic draws.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates receiving an invitation have 60 days to submit a full application.<\/li>\n<li>Approved candidates who receive a nomination certificate (CSQ) may then apply to the federal government for Canadian permanent 1,320 points based on human capital and Quebec labour market factors.<\/p>\n<p><b>What Are the Requirements for Quebec Expression of Interest?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The Quebec Expression of Interest points system involves points in two categories, with some including points for the spouse of common law partner of the principal candidate.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Human capital factors:\n<ul>\n<li>French language
