Ontario immigration has revealed details of a swathe of draws that have taken place through the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program<\/a> (OINP), with 2,765 candidates issued invitations or notifications of interest.<\/p>\n

The province has conducted draws through seven streams dating back to May 26, with some of the details delayed due to a publishing embargo during the recent provincial election.<\/p>\n

Details of all the draws are below:<\/p>\n

Stream 1: Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker<\/h3>\n

Ontario issued two invitations in a June 29 draw through the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream. Candidates needed to have created profiles between June 29, 2021 and June 29, 2022 for the draw, which was targeted at Economic Mobility Pathways Project candidates.<\/p>\n

Stream 2: Employer Job Offer: International Student Stream<\/h3>\n

Ontario issued 870 invitations in three draws through the Employer Job Offer: International Student Stream.<\/p>\n

A June 1 draw saw 217 invitations issued targeted at skilled trades occupations, with candidates scoring 62 and above. The draw was targeted at the following occupations:<\/p>\n

  • NOC\u00a02233 – Industrial engineering and manufacturing technologists and technicians<\/li>\n
  • NOC\u00a02242 – Electronic service technicians (household and business equipment)<\/li>\n
  • NOC\u00a02243 – Industrial instrument technicians and mechanics<\/li>\n
  • NOC\u00a02253 – Drafting technologists and technicians<\/li>\n
  • NOC\u00a02282 – User support technicians<\/li>\n
  • NOC\u00a02283 – Information systems testing technicians<\/li>\n
  • NOC\u00a07201 – Contractors and supervisors, machining, metal forming, shaping and erecting trades and related occupations<\/li>\n
  • NOC\u00a07205 – Contractors and supervisors, other construction trades, installers, repairers and servicers<\/li>\n
  • NOC\u00a07233 – Sheet metal workers<\/li>\n
  • NOC\u00a07242 – Industrial electricians<\/li>\n
  • NOC\u00a07271 \u2013 Carpenters<\/li>\n
  • NOC\u00a07282 – Concrete finishers<\/li>\n
  • NOC\u00a07284 – Plasterers, drywall installers and finishers and lathers<\/li>\n
  • NOC\u00a07293 \u2013 Insulators<\/li>\n
  • NOC\u00a07301 – Contractors and supervisors, mechanic trades<\/li>\n
  • NOC\u00a07303 – Supervisors, printing and related occupations<\/li>\n
  • NOC\u00a07305 – Supervisors, motor transport and other ground transit operators<\/li>\n
  • NOC\u00a07311 – Construction millwrights and industrial mechanics<\/li>\n
  • NOC\u00a07313 – Refrigeration and air conditioning mechanics<\/li>\n
  • NOC\u00a07314 – Railway carmen\/women<\/li>\n
  • NOC\u00a07315 – Aircraft mechanics and aircraft inspectors<\/li>\n
  • NOC\u00a07321 – Automotive service technicians, truck and bus mechanics and mechanical repairers<\/li>\n
  • NOC\u00a07371 – Crane operators<\/li>\n
  • NOC\u00a09241 – Power engineers and power systems operators<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    A general draw the same day saw 229 invitations issued to candidates scoring 79 and above.<\/p>\n

    On June 29, a further 424 invitations were issued in another general draw, with candidates scoring 74 and above.<\/p>\n
