Post-Graduation Work Permit holders<\/h3>\nPost-Graduation Work Permit holders are not eligible to apply to the Alberta Opportunity Stream if submitted an application before November 2020 and they were working in an occupation that was on the list of occupations for which the Government of Canada refused to process an LMIA.\u00a0<\/span>\n\nAfter November 2020, PGWP holders may apply for AOS even if their occupation is on the list of ineligible LMIA.\n\nPost-Graduation Work Permit Holders must review both ineligible occupation lists to determine occupation eligibility.\n\nOccupations for which LMIA was be refused in Alberta before November 2020<\/strong>\n\nManagement Occupations<\/b>\n
